Contracted Services

The Contracted Services Program is a joint program between the St. Clair Catholic District School  Board and the Lambton Kent District School Board. Contractors wishing to work for either School Board must meet the three basic components of the Contracted Services Program before being permitted to work on Board Property.

The program has been updated to make it easier and less complicated to use. All documents and training are now available on-line and can be accessed through the links below:

STEP 1 - CONTRACTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Download Contractor Terms and Conditions. These are the set of rules required to be followed by all contractors while on site. Once you have reviewed and understand the working terms for the Board you can proceed to STEP 2.

STEP 2 - PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION

To obtain the prequalification application contact the Board Contact listed below. Complete the application and send it, along with a copy of your current WSIB Clearance Certificate and proof of liability insurance, to the Board Contact. The preferred method of delivery is email. Once the application form has been evaluated and your references contacted, you will receive notification as to whether or not you meet the minimum qualifications. This process may take some time. Do not proceed to STEP 3 until you have written notice from the Board Contact.

STEP 3 - BASIC SAFETY ORIENTATION TRAINING

Each person that will be working on Board property will be required to take this training. It is quick and easy but requires you to take a short test at the end. Once you successfully complete the test with a passing grade, your name will automatically be added to our records (the function to print the test is NOT available).   The contractor must supply the list workers, whom have completed the test, on company letterhead (email containing company information is acceptable) signed by a company official. This list, together with photo identification in jpg format, must be submitted to the Board Contact. Badges in STEP 4 will not be processed until the Board has received this list, documentation and any subsequent updates.

STEP 4PHOTO IDENTIFICATION BADGES

Digital photos of employees requiring badges must be sent (.jpg format preferred) to the Board Contact for badges to be printed. The Board Contact will notify you of when and where to obtain ID badges once all criteria have been met.
